Our Origin Story

Loaded began with a simple gesture—a thank-you gift. After successfully exiting his first tech venture, our founder, Randy Frisch, bought his wife a bracelet to show his gratitude. While storing the certificate of authenticity in their ‘important document drawer,’ he discovered it was cluttered with certificates, receipts, appraisals, and estate documents—many outdated or disorganized.

This sparked a realization: managing this segment of earned wealth— luxury assets, property, and related estate documents for who may own these one day—was far more complicated than it needed to be. Losing or forgetting these documents could create serious complications, and his wealth, estate and insurance advisors lacked the full picture of his estate.

After trying spreadsheets, which quickly became unmanageable, Randy saw the need for a secure, user-friendly solution. This inspired the creation of Loaded—a digital safe for your wealth and estate. Loaded would be the digital safe for wealth: to plan and protect your estate in one secure app, bridging the gap between wealth clarity and seamless legacy transfer.

Randy is a seasoned entrepreneur and the visionary behind Loaded. With a track record of building successful tech ventures, he created Loaded to simplify wealth and legacy management for individuals and families.

A proud husband, father of three, and Toronto Maple Leafs fan, Randy finds balance at his Muskoka cottage with his family and their dog, Kobe. His mission is to make managing wealth seamless and intuitive for generations to come.

Sahab Yazdani, CTO

Sahab Yazdani is a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience building and scaling software that powers businesses. Before joining Loaded, he spent years at TWG, where he played a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge solutions before its acquisition by Deloitte.

As CTO of Loaded, Sahab has been instrumental in shaping the platform from the ground up, drawing on his expertise as Co-Founder of Quadratica, a leading software agency. When he isn't adding new features he's keeping his three kids busy and thinking of their success and wealth one day!

Trent Jorgensen, Product Lead

Trent, originally from New Zealand, is a seasoned product creator with over a decade of experience building financial planning platforms trusted by advisors worldwide. At Loaded, he applies his expertise in SaaS and customer success to craft intuitive, data-rich solutions that simplify wealth and legacy management.
